Windchill PDMLink 8 Implementation
NewellRubbermaid (Graco) USA 2007,2008 onward (Consumer Product)
This is a large project executed by Sconce in USA – starting from Business Requirements Capture, Installation & Configuration, User Training, User Acceptance Testing, Data Migration, Best Practices recommendations, post Go-live support.
Implemented PDMLink/ProjectLink 8.0 along with Workgroup Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD, and Solidworks, Visualization Services Office files, Lightweight Replication, Vendor Collaboration, Management, and Product Structure Customization.
The project went live for controlled projects time including migration from Pro/INTRALINK 3.4 in a record few months schedule.
A currently full migration activity is underway to migrate data from Pro/INTRALINK 3.4, In-built PDM system, Artwork Files, AutoCAD files, Product Structure, and legacy ECN to Windchill system.

Manufacturing Integration Technology (MIT), Singapore 2007

This is a medium sized project – starting from Business Requirements Capture, Installation & Configuration, User Acceptance Testing, Data Migration, and post Go-live support.
Implemented PDMLink 8.0 along with Workgroup managers for Pro/Engineer, and AutoCAD, Visualization Services for CAD files, Change Management, and BOM Customization.
The project went live in June 2007 including migration from Pro/INTRALINK 2.0 in a record few months schedule.

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) by PTC Japan 2003 - 2005 (Automotive)
This is a very large project which started off from evaluation of earlier releases of Windchill and PDMLink 8 Beta. After implementation, PDMLink will become Pro/ENGINEER CAD Data Management solution for TMC replacing the existing Pro/INTRALINK. The project involves extensive evaluation of the solution, consultancy, validation, customization, and implementation. PDMLink 8 will also be integrated with TMC’s enterprise PDM software and directory Services.
We are involved in lead roles for PDMLink 8 Beta functional evaluation, Architecture, Performance Tuning, Server Sizing, Data Migration, Data Synchronization, Customization Support, LDAP integration and Supplier Collaboration.
