Design Specification Approver Tool
Design Specification Approval Tool (DSAT) is a Pro/INTRALINK based custom tool for automatically generating STEP output from Pro/E data based on the approval status of models in Pro/INTRALINK Request To Promote (RTP) form. A renowned customer in Taiwan had to undergo manual process of searching the RTP forms, download models and generate necessary STEP files in order to complete the approval process. Sconce provided a custom tool, linking it with the SMTP for automatic email communication to the respective group of engineers about the successful approval.
