After the business case is proven, the details of the initiatives need to be worked out. Sconce full time involvement starts in this phase where we dive deep to understand the process and evolve the solution definition. The scope of the project is well defined and the stage is set for actual work in the next phase. “A job well planned is half done”, many projects fail due to poor emphasis given for Project Planning and that’s where Sconce’s experience becomes valuable.

Continuous Support

Stabilizing a newly implemented production system has been one of the most challenging phases for customers. More often they are left alone to handle complex solutions as a typical Services provider detaches from the project upon sign-off.
